While I was reading the news on TV, a group of people warned that the end of the world is gonna happen this May 21, 2011, a week after this day. Do you believe in it? do you believe that the prophecy of doomsday is gonna happen this May 21, 2011 or this December 21, 2012 as what Nostradamus said? Well.. for me, I DONT.. coz I read the bible. I dont believe in the prophets who does not see the vision of Christ. but I believe in the revelation of John.
John is a prophet indeed. and Jesus Christ was the one who send visions to let him tell the world of whats gonna happen in the future.. according to prophet John "the final judgement is coming soon". it means that the end is near BUT GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN.
But according to what God stated in covenant to Noah after the great flood, in Genesis chapter 9 verse 11. "..I promise that never again will all living beings be destroyed by a flood; never again will a flood destoy the earth." meaning there will be no end of the world until God defeats satan according to Revelation. so the people of God or WE should not worry because GOD is with us and we should help him defeat satan.
when the time God defeats satan, Judgement day will happen then we will see Jesus coming down from the skies. He will introduce the new heaven and the new earth to his faithful people.
